We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our management team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

2. Communication & Coordination

Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.

3. Data & Documentation Management

Input, organize, and update records in company databases or CRMs.
Generate spreadsheets, manage contact lists, and maintain logs.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

4. General Office Support

Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and follow-ups.
Conduct basic online research or prepare summaries when needed.
Support special projects and ad hoc administrative requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- 1 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in remote work or customer support preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
