Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and general questions about our products and services. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our clients have a positive and memorable experience with our company. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved to their satisfaction • Escalate complex or urgent customer issues to the appropriate team members • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction • Stay current with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers • Participate in customer service training and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred • Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service or a related field • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software • Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a desire to continuously learn and improve • Passionate about sustainability and environmental issues is a plus Working Conditions: • This is a full-time, onsite position located at our headquarters in Greentown • Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak periods or for special events • Fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse team • Competitive salary and benefits package offered If you are a customer-centric individual with great communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Greentown Productions.
